Tehran (ISNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian stressed that relations between Iran and Serbia are based on constructive ties and the development and deepening of relations in all fields.
Amir-Abdollahian made the remarks at a joint press conference with his Serbian counterpart Ivica Dačić.
Congratulating the 85th anniversary of Iran-Serbia relations, Amir-Abdollahian said, “At the meeting with Serbian foreign minister, we agreed to review the ways to further expansion of economic and commercial cooperation”.
“We also ready to hold the 16th round of joint commission meeting between the two countries in near future,” he added.
The Iranian top diplomat emphasized that Tehran didn’t place any restrictions on the development of relations with the friendly country of Serbia.
